HEAL
H – Health
Indigenous: Harmony with the land and one’s body ensures survival and spiritual
clarity.
Daoist: Health flows from living in balance with the Dao; aligning qi through
breath, food, and movement.
Coptic Bible: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health,
