HEAL

H – Health

 Indigenous: Harmony with the land and one’s body ensures survival and spiritual

clarity.

 Daoist: Health flows from living in balance with the Dao; aligning qi through

breath, food, and movement.

 Coptic Bible: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health,

just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2)
