The Katargeo seminar, developed and perfected over 30 years by Louis Wright, MSW, is designed to empower individuals through effective communication, active listening, and personal responsibility. Originally aimed at incarcerated men and women, the scope has now expanded to serve corporate clients and associations, with a focus on enhancing staff morale, productivity, and creating more cohesive work environments. This transformative 3-day seminar teaches participants how to communicate clearly and respectfully, practice active listening to build trust, and take responsibility for their actions and words.
